Our juicy Sirloin Steak is cut generously thick and full of flavour. The fine marbling melts into the meat during cooking to intensify the succulence of the steaks, and enhance the buttery soft texture. Each prime cut sirloin steak is cut, trimmed and prepared to the highest standard by our team of butchers. This guarantees maximum quality and tenderness, for the most flavoursome result, we recommend cooking medium-rare and sprinkling with rock salt and pepper. Our Sirloin steaks are priced per one steak and come in three different size, 6oz (£4.50), 8oz (£5.50) 10oz (£6.50).
