Rump steaks are a lean cut with little fat, the rump steak isn’t as tender as a sirloin but the rump steak is a larger cut. The traditional slice of rump steak is cut across the whole animal which is a cross section of several muscles. Our Rump Steak come in a choice of 8oz (£4.50) or 10oz (£5.50), which can easily be selected.
